Tuff Turf™ contains Silicon Facts known about Silicon that should be of importance to those who manage fine turfgrass for a living include:
Silicon has not been proven to be an essential mineral element for higher plants. It is however, well established as a beneficial element for the grasses.
Silicon has been shown to accumulate in plant cell walls, which increase cell turgor pressure, and can lead to increased cell wall strength and leaf blade ridgidity.
Application of high quality foliar fertilizers containing silicon is an excellent way to supply the plant with silicon.
Tuff Turf™ also contains organic and amino acid based chelated micronutrients, including Iron, Magnesium, and Manganese. Add Grigg Brothers Ultraplex™ to any Grigg Brothers foliar application at the rate of 3 fl.oz per 1,000 FT²
Ultraplex™ contains micronutrients, biostimulants, and INTAKE™, a non-ionic organic surfactant to decrease drop size and enhance wetting of entire plant surface area.
IMPORTANT:
For best results apply as a foliar spray early in the morning or late evening.
Allow to dry on plant before irrigation. Apply with 1-2 gallons of water per 1,000 FT².
TURF GRASSES:
Cool Season: apply 3-6 fl oz Tuff Turf™ per 1000 Ft².
Warn Season: apply 6-8 fl oz Tuff Turf™ per 1000 Ft².
Weekly or bi-weekly as needed.

EMERGENCY AND FIRST AID PROCEDURES:
Eyes: Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Call a Physician. Skin: Wash contaminated areas with plenty of water for 15 minutes. Remove contaminated clothing and footwear and wash clothing before reuse. If skin Irritation continues consult a physician. Ingestion: Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. If swallowed do not induce vomiting, give one or two glasses of milk or water. Contact physician immediately.

Absorb liquid spills with a dry absorbent, containerize usable material for disposal in an approved waste facility. WASTE DISPOSAL METHOD: Dispose in closed containers, at an approved landfill, in accordance with local, state and federal regulations. Material may also be flushed with water to a wastewater treatment system.
